Ann Lee, MBA, CGFO

Ann Lee has been with the Authority since 2015 and is currently serving as the Authority’s Finance and Budget Senior Manager and is responsible for overseeing all accounting, finance, and budget functions, including risk management. Prior to her employment with the Authority, Ms. Lee held various accounting and financial management positions in the private sector of both domestic and international manufacturing and technology entities.

Ms. Lee has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Ms. Lee also holds a designation as a Certified Government Finance Officer (CGFO) and is a Notary Public in the State of Florida.

Ms. Lee is an active member of the Florida Government Finance Officers Association (FGFOA), Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), American Water Works Association (AWWA), and Florida Section American Water Works Association (FSAWWA) and is currently serving as the Florida Section’s Rates & Finance Committee Chair. She has previously served as the FSAWWA Region X Chair and various other committees. She was the recipient of the 2017 Region X Volunteer of the Year Award and received the 2024 Council Chairs Award of Excellence for the Technical & Education Council.
