Terri Holcomb, PE

Terri Holcomb has been with the Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority since 2018 and currently serves as the Authority’s Director of Engineering.

Prior to joining the Authority, Ms. Holcomb spent over 20 years working in the consulting engineering field, providing planning, design, and construction services to water and wastewater utilities, and 5 years as a regulator with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources in the Bureau of Water Resources.

Ms. Holcomb has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida and is a member of the USF Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) Advisory Board. Ms. Holcomb is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida and has been actively engaged for over 25 years in the American Water Works Association (AWWA), currently serving as the Florida Section Public Affairs Council Chair.
